What you see here should cause deep concern to law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the nation.

The photo shows incontrovertible proof of a serious and organised cell operating within the shores of New Zealand. Cell members seen here are concocting “bombs” from commonly available bulk chemicals such as sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and soya oil.

In a particularly insidious twist we see coloured calcium sulphate powder (lower right of the photo) employed to give the “bombs” a greater appeal to children. Although not visible here, aromatic oils are also used to the same end.

It is thought that these “bombs” are to be distributed widely throughout the country to be used in childrens’ baths. Children are attracted to these devices because of their strong “fizzing” behaviour on contact with water. However, parents are warned that these devices have the ability to make children turn a peculiar colour and become extremely slippery.

Should you encounter any of these devices, please exercise extreme care. Report their discovery and use to the appropriate authorities immediately.
